I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled

An Ordinance to amend The Dogs Ordinance, 1992,

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to

the Governor's Instructions.

The object is to increase the fee for a dog licence

from one dollar and a half to three dollars.
